Social Worker, Consultant, &
Personal Career Coach

I am Tamara Greene, a small town girl a life long ocmmunity advocate. As a native from a small rural South Carolina town, I know all about the challenges and barriers youth face with choosing their life path and fulfilling their dreams.

Growing up, my parents provided me with exposure to different places and experiences; they encouraged me to excel in school (as most parents should). However, the one thing they instilled in me was to develop a plan to achieve my goals, and that’s what I am paying forward.

Fact: Anyone can be successful.

But success never happens on a whim. Success requires a plan, and the plan must be executed.

Will the plan work the first time? Probably, Not.

Will the plan need be altered? More than likely.

Do dreams come to fruition with no plan in place? No.

I received my undergraduate degree from Clemson University in Sociology with a Minor in Non-Profit Leadership. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I have diligently been working in the field for 17 years in non-profit management  and youth development. I am helping organizations and youth both set obtainable goals through consulting and coaching services

The Four:Twelve Movement is all about growth and personal and professional development.
